Charming views and cheerful staff
Our stay at Mosaic Venetian Harbour Suites was delightful. The view from our suite was breathtaking, and the location allowed us to explore Chania's picturesque streets. The staff, particularly Maria and Mykayla, were exceptionally warm and helpful, offering great dining recommendations. We left with fond memories and sweet gestures like homemade treats.
While the charm of the old building is undeniable, the steep staircases can be challenging for those with mobility issues. It's wise to plan ahead, as carrying luggage can be an ordeal.

Had an amazing stay in the maisonette room with a private terrace! Spotlessly clean, cozy decor, and the staff were helpful with great local tips. Just keep in mind, there are no elevators, so it's all stairs. Definitely recommend this place!

private terrace, charming decor, spacious layout
The lack of an elevator makes hauling luggage a chore!!! An additional bedside table and better lighting in the kettle area would enhance convenience!!! Some mornings had unexpected hot water issues, which could be improved!!!

The maisonette room impressed with its impeccable cleanliness and cozy decor, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. A highlight was the spacious private terrace, providing a serene spot for sunbathing and enjoying stunning mountain views. The staff went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations and being readily available to assist with any needs. However, the location, while central, can feel bustling at times, and the steep staircases may pose challenges for some.
